Mardi Himal Trek Overview

The Mardi Himal Trek is a hidden gem in the Annapurna region of Nepal, still less explored compared to other popular routes. Despite its stunning landscapes and incredible mountain views, only a small number of trekkers have discovered the rugged and scenic trail of the Mardi Himal Trek.

The journey of the Mardi Himal Trek starts from Pokhara at around 820 meters and gradually rises up to the Mardi Himal Viewpoint at around 4,500 meters. This huge altitude difference makes the trek very special because trekkers experience everything from warm green forests to cold snowy mountains within a few days.

Unlike other busy trekking routes in Nepal, the Mardi Himal Trek is quiet and peaceful. You can walk for hours without heavy crowds, which gives a real connection with nature. The trail passes through beautiful rhododendron forests, small Gurung villages, and high ridges with breathtaking Himalayan views.
